Sonoma Clean Power’s new headquarters building includes renovating an existing 15,330 SF office building, including tenant improvement, exterior facade upgrade, a 240 SF addition with second-level exterior deck, sitework, fire alarm, automatic sprinkler, landscape, irrigation, building systems, elevator, photovoltaic system, and an exterior lithium stationary battery system.

Sixth Dimension provided agency construction management services for all aspects of the project, including design management, regulatory agency review coordination, and construction management. Through subconsultant partners, Sixth Dimension also provided geotechnical engineering, industrial hygienist, materials testing, and commissioning services.
