Sonoma Clean Power received an EPIC grant from the California Energy Commission to create a retail space dedicated to bringing energy efficiency and emerging technology to their customers in Sonoma and Mendocino counties. This 12,300 SF tenant improvement project in a leased building included demolishing all interiors and constructing interior walls, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, technology, and building finishes. Sixth Dimension provided agency construction management services, including design management, regulatory agency review coordination, and construction management. Through subconsultant partners, Sixth Dimension provided industrial hygienist, materials testing, and commissioning services.
