Located in Salinas California, the $45M Juvenile Hall addition consists of three new 30-bed housing buildings, renovation of an existing housing unit, a vehicle sally port, a recreation yard and essential program space. Project also includes the demolition of remaining existing buildings. The new facility is constructed in phases with existing buildings demolished to make way for the new recreation yard and support buildings. Upon completion, the facility will provide 68,896 square feet of total building area on 9.2acres. The completed facility will have 120 beds.
