Sixth Dimension was retained by the Federal Receiver to provide continuous program management review of the Health Care Facility Improvement Program. The multi-billion dollar capital improvement program includes construction of new clinic and exam spaces, medication distribution spaces and renovation of existing healthcare spaces throughout each of California’s thirty five prisons.  Sixth Dimension’s scope includes assessment of program and project operations, development of recommendations to improve program and project operations as well as ongoing monitoring and reporting.
